What to Expect & What to Bring
Once 
you arrive, you will be made comfortable in a birthing room on the second floor where you’ll have the support of your coach, physician, professional and caring nursing staff, and any pain management necessary including epidurals. During the labor and delivery process, you will have one-on-one care from a nurse.
We provide a VCR, stereo, cassette tape, and CD player as well as relaxing music to help you pass the time during labor and delivery. Please feel free to bring your favorite video and audiotapes for your viewing and listening pleasure.
Our comfortable family waiting room is also available for other family members who wish to share this time with you.
